new information continues to surface daily about the health environment, guidelines and how companies should respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Italian Government now took a further step ordering the closure of non-essential businesses until April 3rd 2020 – as an additional attempt to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.


As an employer, our first responsibility is to our people and our communities.

Therefore, the engo headquarters in Italy made the difficult decision to suspend our production as of March 26th, as contribution to fight COVID-19/coronavirus.


The suspension will last until at least April 3rd. Production status will be reevaluated on a weekly basis after that.


Our team will continue operating remotely. Our sales and service team stay at your disposal for questions and advice by mobile phone or e-mail.

Unfortunately, during this period we will be unable to process orders for spare parts, ice resurfacing machines or dasher boards. We will try to accommodate your order as soon as possible.


If you have a local authorized Engo dealer, we encourage you to reach out to them with your need for parts and service.


As soon as it’s appropriate to reopen our facility, we will do so.


We will use our website and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) to share updated information.


Only through mutual support will we be able to cope with this extreme situation.

Engo is taking all necessary actions to ensure the continuity of our production and to minimize the impact to our customers.
Each of our employees does his or her part by working from home or wearing the recommended protective equipment. 

We want you to know that we are OPEN and that we remain at your full disposal for any assistance or requests. 
At the moment we are not experiencing any delays in production or shipping of our products. 

The only limitation we are currently experiencing is that due to travel restrictions we are not able to provide on-site operations like machine trainings, services or dasher board installations.
We gladly provide ice arenas, which are closing, information about spare parts or tips for a proper storage of the machine.
